Yes, if the organiser allows access. Build-up and the hour before doors open are often the best times for clean stand shots and time-lapse footage.
ii.Does the crew need an exhibitor badge?
Usually yes. Most Dubai exhibitions require crew to hold an exhibitor or contractor pass. We tell you the names to register once the booking is confirmed.
iii.How do you get clear audio in a busy exhibition hall?
We use clip-on microphones for anyone speaking on camera and position interviews away from the loudest areas of the hall.
iv.Can you film across several show days?
Yes. Many exhibitors book one full day plus short visits on other days. We recommend a schedule based on your stand programme.
