GITEX has moved from Dubai World Trade Centre to Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City, and from October to December. If you have filmed at GITEX before, plan the logistics again from scratch.

Filming at Expo City
Four things to plan before GITEX.
A new venue changes timings, access and travel. These are the points we agree with you before the show.

Read the new exhibitor manual
Build-up times, access rules and filming rules for Dubai Exhibition Centre may differ from previous GITEX years. Share the manual with us early so we plan to it.

Allow for travel to Expo City
Expo City is in Dubai South, well away from the business districts where many crews and teams are based. We schedule the crew to be set up before doors open.

Plan for LED walls and screens
Tech stands use large LED walls that can flicker or band on camera. We set cameras for the screens on your stand during set-up, before the first visitors arrive.

Demos, signings and VIP visits happen at fixed times. Send the schedule and we place the crew where the key moments are.

i.Where and when is GITEX Global 2026?
GITEX Global 2026 runs from 8 to 11 December 2026 at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai, with the GITEX Scale Summit on 7 December. It is the first edition held at Expo City.
ii.How early should we book a crew for GITEX?
As soon as your stand is confirmed. December is peak event season in Dubai, so crews book up. Send your dates and we confirm availability within one working day.
iii.Can you film on build-up day, before the show opens?
Yes, if the organiser gives access. Our crew needs exhibitor or contractor passes, registered through your exhibitor portal. Build-up and the first hour of the day give the cleanest stand shots.
iv.Can you film our software or app demo?
Yes. We film the presenter on the stand and record the screens directly, then edit the two together so the product is clear on any screen size.
v.Can we post videos while GITEX is still running?
Yes. Our editor edits on the spot during the show, so short videos are ready to post the same day. Your full videos and event photos are delivered the next day.
vi.How much does GITEX video production cost?
It depends on the number of days, crew size and the videos you need. Send your stand details and we will quote a fixed price for the agreed scope.
