Filming at Intersec
Four things to plan before Intersec.
Security buyers and government visitors expect discretion. These are the points we agree with you before the show.

Agree what can be shown
We list together which products, screens and clients may appear on camera. Anything sensitive stays out of shot.
- ii.
Ask before filming visitors
Many visitors work in policing or government. We only film people who agree, and keep wide shots free of recognisable faces where needed.
- iii.
Register the crew early
Intersec is trade only. Our crew needs exhibitor or contractor passes, registered through your exhibitor portal before the show.
- iv.
Book before the holidays
Intersec opens in the second week of January, right after the year-end break. Confirm your crew in December so planning is done before teams go on leave.

Intersec video production FAQs.
i.When and where is Intersec 2027?
The organiser lists Intersec 2027 for 12 to 14 January 2027 at Dubai World Trade Centre. Some third-party listings show 11 to 13 January, so check the organiser’s site before booking travel.
ii.Can you film our software without showing real data?
Yes. We record from a demo environment or demo data that you approve, and blur anything you flag before the edit is delivered.
iii.Can you film the stand without showing visitors’ faces?
Yes. We only film people who agree to it, and frame wide shots so visitors are not recognisable where that matters.
iv.Does our crew need a pass for Intersec?
Yes. Intersec is open to trade visitors only, so our crew is registered as exhibitor or contractor staff through your exhibitor portal.
v.When should we book a crew for Intersec?
By early December. The show opens soon after the year-end holidays, so planning needs to be finished before then.
vi.How fast do we get the videos and photos?
Our editor edits on the spot during Intersec, so short videos are ready to post the same day. Your full videos and event photos are delivered the next day.
vii.How much does Intersec video production cost?
