Filming at WHX Dubai
Four things to plan before WHX Dubai.
Healthcare video needs more care than most. These are the points we agree with you before the show.
- i.
Confirm your venue
WHX Dubai runs across Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City and Dubai World Trade Centre, at opposite ends of the city. Tell us which venue and hall your stand is in.
- ii.
Agree claims in advance
What your team says on camera about a device matters. We share the interview questions beforehand, and your regulatory team reviews the edit before release.
- iii.
Keep patient data off screen
We film demos on simulators, models and sample data only, and check every screen in shot before recording.
- iv.
Book before the holidays
WHX Dubai opens in late January. Confirm your crew in December so planning and consent forms are ready before teams go on leave.

FAQs
Arab Health and WHX Dubai video FAQs.
i.Is WHX Dubai the same show as Arab Health?
Yes. Arab Health has been renamed World Health Expo (WHX) Dubai. The 2027 edition also includes WHX Labs, formerly Medlab Middle East.
ii.When and where is WHX Dubai 2027?
WHX Dubai runs from 25 to 28 January 2027 at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai, and Dubai World Trade Centre. Opening hours are provisional until the organiser confirms them.
iii.Can your team film clinicians and patients?
We film clinicians and experts with signed consent. We do not film patients or real patient data; demos use simulators, models and sample data.
iv.Can our regulatory team review the videos?
Yes. We share interview questions in advance and your team approves each edit before it is published. If you plan to use the videos in paid ads in the UAE, check with your regulatory team whether approval is needed.
v.Can you film at both venues?
Yes, with planning. The two venues are far apart, so we usually assign a crew to one venue per day. Tell us where your stands and talks are.
vi.How fast do we get the videos and photos?
Our editor edits on the spot during WHX Dubai, so short videos are ready for your team to approve the same day. Your full videos and event photos are delivered the next day.
vii.How much does WHX Dubai video production cost?
It depends on the number of days, crew size and the videos you need. Send your stand details and we will quote a fixed price for the agreed scope.
