It depends on event length, crew size, number of cameras and the videos you need. Send your brief and we will quote a fixed price for the agreed scope.
ii.How far in advance should we book?
Share your date as soon as it is fixed, even if details are still changing. More notice gives more time to plan shots, interviews and venue logistics, especially during Dubai’s busy event season.
iii.When will we receive the videos?
Delivery times depend on the number and length of videos. We confirm the delivery date for each video in your quote.
iv.Do you handle filming permits?
Filming at some Dubai venues and public locations needs approval from the Dubai Film and TV Commission. We check what applies to your venue during planning and agree who arranges it.
v.How many cameras and crew do we need?
One operator suits a short talk or small function. A conference with a stage programme and interviews usually needs two or more. We recommend a setup after reviewing your programme.
vi.Do you film exhibition stands for exhibitors?
Yes. We film stand walkthroughs, product demos and visitor interviews. Check your organiser’s filming rules for the show floor; we can help with this.
