Filming at ADIHEX

Four things to plan before ADIHEX.

These are the points we agree with you before the show.

i.
Choose your filming days
ADIHEX runs for over a week. Most exhibitors film the opening day, a weekend day and any VIP visit.
ii.
Respect animal handling
We work with your handlers around falcons, horses and camels, and keep lights and movement calm.
iii.
Plan travel to Abu Dhabi
Our Dubai crew travels to ADNEC. For multi-day shoots we stay locally so we are set up before doors open.
iv.
Register the crew
Our crew needs exhibitor or contractor passes, registered through your exhibitor portal.

ADIHEX video FAQs.

i.When and where is ADIHEX 2027?

ADIHEX 2027 runs from 27 August to 5 September 2027 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, organised by ADNEC Group.

ii.Do you travel from Dubai to Abu Dhabi?

Yes. Our crew travels to ADNEC, and for multi-day shoots we stay locally.

iii.Can you film falconry and equestrian displays?

Yes, where the organiser allows. We work with your handlers so animals stay calm during filming.

iv.Can you film interviews in Arabic?

Yes. We film interviews in Arabic and English and can add subtitles in either language.

v.How fast do we get the videos and photos?

Our editor edits on the spot during the show, so short videos are ready to post the same day. Your full videos and event photos are delivered the next day.

vi.How much does ADIHEX video production cost?

It depends on the number of days, crew size and the videos you need. Send your stand details and we will quote a fixed price for the agreed scope.

vii.Can we book an ADIHEX videographer for a single show day?

Yes. ADIHEX runs for ten days at ADNEC with large public crowds, so our videographer films product and stand shots in the quieter hours. Falconry and heritage displays are filmed with the organiser's permission.
