Four things to plan before Gulfood.
Two venues and five busy days need a clear plan. These are the points we agree with you before the show.

Confirm your venue and hall
Gulfood splits sectors between Dubai World Trade Centre and Expo City, at opposite ends of the city. Tell us where your stand is so the crew starts in the right place.

Prepare fresh samples for camera
Hall lighting is not kind to food. Set aside fresh samples for filming slots, and we light them so they look appetising.

Film before the crowds
Gulfood aisles get very busy. We film stand walkthroughs and product shots before doors open, and interviews in quieter hours.

Agree the busiest days
Five days is long. Tell us when your key buyers, launches and tastings happen, and we book the crew for those days.

i.When and where is Gulfood 2027?
Gulfood 2027 runs from 15 to 19 March 2027 across Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai.
ii.Which venue is my sector in?
In 2026, World Food and rice, pulses and grains were at Expo City, while beverages, dairy, meat and poultry and seafood were at Dubai World Trade Centre. Check your exhibitor portal for 2027, as the split can change.
iii.Can you make food look good on camera at the show?
Yes. We bring our own lights for product and food shots, and film close-ups in short slots with fresh samples you prepare.
iv.Can you film at both venues?
Yes, with planning. The venues are far apart, so we usually place a crew at one venue per day. Tell us where your stands and meetings are.
v.How fast do we get the videos and photos?
Our editor edits on the spot during Gulfood, so short videos are ready to post the same day. Your full videos and event photos are delivered the next day.
