Filming at GESS Dubai

Four things to plan before the show.

These are the points we agree with you before the show.

i.
Keep children's faces off camera
If students take part in demos, we agree consent with their school first, or film without showing faces.
ii.
Prepare a demo account
For software, set up a demo account with sample data so nothing private appears on screen.
iii.
Share your workshop times
If you present at the show, tell us when so we can record your session as well.
iv.
Book now
GESS Dubai opens on 10 November. Send your dates and stand number as soon as you can.

FAQs

GESS Dubai video FAQs.

i.When and where is GESS Dubai 2026?

GESS Dubai 2026 runs from 10 to 12 November 2026 in the Sheikh Saeed Halls at Dubai World Trade Centre.

ii.Can you film our learning platform clearly?

Yes. We record the screen directly from a demo account and edit it together with your presenter.

iii. What if students take part in our demo?

We only film students with consent arranged through their school, or we film without showing their faces.

iv.Can you record our workshop or talk?

Yes. Tell us the time and room, and we record and edit the session with your slides.

v.How fast do we get the videos and photos?

Our editor edits on the spot during the show, so short videos are ready to post the same day. Your full videos and event photos are delivered the next day.

vi.How much does GESS Dubai video production cost?

It depends on the number of days, crew size and the videos you need. Send your stand details and we will quote a fixed price for the agreed scope.

vii.Is one videographer enough for our GESS Dubai stand?

Yes. Education stands often mix product demos for schools with short interviews of teachers who try them. One videographer covers both in a day, filming only people who have agreed to appear on camera.
