Shows in different emirates have different venues, crowds and rules. This is how we plan for that.

Travel planned into the call time
Abu Dhabi and Sharjah venues can be an hour or more from central Dubai at peak times. We set crew call times so cameras are ready before the doors open.

Back-to-back shows
Some weeks run shows in two emirates at once, such as ADIPEC in Abu Dhabi and Gulfood Manufacturing in Dubai in early November. Book early for those weeks.

UAE exhibition video FAQs.
i.Do you film exhibitions outside Dubai?
Yes. We film at ADNEC Centre in Abu Dhabi and Expo Centre Sharjah as well as at Dubai World Trade Centre and Expo City Dubai, with the same crew and editing setup.
ii.Which emirates host the most trade shows?
Dubai hosts the most, at Dubai World Trade Centre and Expo City. Abu Dhabi holds the large energy and defence shows at ADNEC, and Sharjah has a growing calendar at Expo Centre Sharjah. See our UAE exhibition calendar.
iii.Can one crew cover shows in different emirates?
Yes. For shows on different dates, the same crew can film them all for a consistent look. For shows that overlap, we put a separate crew on each and edit them to the same style.
iv.Can you deliver videos the same day in Abu Dhabi or Sharjah?
Yes. Our editor works on site at every venue, so short clips are ready the same day and full videos the next day.
v.Do I need a filming permit for my stand?
Filming your own stand is usually arranged through the show organiser, with the right badges and any venue approvals. Rules differ by show, so check the exhibitor manual. Our filming guide explains the details.
vi.How much does exhibition video cost in the UAE?
It depends on the days of filming, the number of videos and how fast you need them. Send your show, stand number and what you want filmed, and we will quote a fixed price.
vii.Do you send one videographer or a full production team?
Either, depending on the stand. A single exhibition videographer with a gimbal, lights and wireless mics covers most stands, with an editor on site for same-day clips. Large stands or multi-day shows get a second camera, a producer and an interview setup. You get one fixed quote either way.
