Filming at WETEX

Four things to plan before WETEX.

WETEX is a government-backed show with official visits. These are the points we agree with you before the show.

WETEX 2027 dates are yet to be announced. Send your stand number now so we can hold a crew as soon as they are confirmed.

Plan around official visits
Senior officials tour WETEX. We agree with you, and within the organiser's rules, where cameras can be during VIP visits.

Grid software, sensors and treatment systems can be hard to show. We plan screen recordings, models and close-ups in advance.

i.When and where is WETEX 2027?

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), the organiser, has not yet announced the dates for WETEX 2027. The 2026 edition ran from 20 to 22 October 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre.

ii.Is it too late to book a crew for WETEX 2027?

Yes. Utilities and sustainability stands at Dubai World Trade Centre often need a short technology explainer and interviews with your engineers. One videographer covers that in a day; government visits or launches are better filmed with a second camera.
