Filming at ADNEC

Four things to plan before WFES.

These are the points we agree with you before the summit.

i.
Note the early first day
Doors open at 07:30 on day one. For multi-day jobs we can stay in Abu Dhabi so the crew is set up in time.
ii.
Book before the holidays
WFES opens in mid-January. Confirm your crew in December so planning is done before the year-end break.
iii.
Send project footage
If you have footage of your installations, send it early so we can cut it into your show film.
iv.
Plan around delegations
Official delegations tour the summit. We agree where cameras can be, within the organiser's rules.
