Four things to plan before INDEX.

Design stands are built for the eye, so most of the planning is about light and timing. These are the points we agree with you before INDEX.

Film the stand empty
Design stands look best without visitors. We film collection shots before doors open.
ii.
Check the lighting
Hall lighting can flatten finishes. We bring our own lights for close-ups and match your stand lighting.
iii.
Pick your hero pieces
Tell us the pieces you are launching so we give them the most time.
iv.
Share your launch timing
If you unveil a new collection on the stand, tell us the time so the crew is in position and the reveal is edited and posted the same day.

i.When and where is INDEX Dubai 2027?

INDEX Dubai 2027 runs from 1 to 3 June 2027 at Dubai World Trade Centre, alongside The Hotel Show and Workspace.

ii.Can you film our collection like a lookbook?

Yes. We film styled scenes with slow camera moves and close-ups, edited to feel like a lookbook rather than a trade show video.

iii.Can the same crew cover The Hotel Show and Workspace?

Yes. All three shows run together at DWTC, so one crew can film stands across them.

iv.Do you also film Downtown Design?

Yes. We film at Downtown Design during Dubai Design Week as well.

v.Can we post our collection launch on Instagram the same day?

Yes. Our editor works on site, so short vertical clips of your launch and hero pieces are ready the same day. Full collection films and event photos are delivered the next day.

vi.How much does INDEX video production cost?

It depends on how many days you need, how many collections and pieces we film in detail, and whether you want styled lookbook scenes. Send your stand plan and we will quote a fixed price.

vii.Do you provide an INDEX Dubai videographer for exhibitors?

Yes. Interior and furniture stands need slow, well-lit shots of material and finish. Our videographer films your collection before doors open, then interviews with your designers once the halls are busy.
