Four things to plan before ATM.

ATM stands run on a packed programme of performances and meetings. These are the points we agree with you before the show.

Share your stand programme
Performances, tastings and signings happen at set times. Send the schedule so the crew is ready.
ii.
Film the stand empty first
We film clean stand shots before doors open, then the busy atmosphere later.
iii.
Watch for date changes
ATM 2026 moved twice. We keep an eye on the organiser's announcements for 2027.
iv.
Share VIP visit times
Ministers and tourism board heads often visit pavilions. Share expected visit times and any protocol rules so the crew films them correctly.

v.Can you film several partners sharing our pavilion?

Yes. Destination pavilions often host hotels, airlines and tour operators. We schedule a short slot for each partner and deliver separate clips they can use, with full videos and photos the next day.

vi.How much does ATM video production cost?

It depends on the number of days, the size of your pavilion, how many partners need their own clips and the social content you want. Send your stand details and we will quote a fixed price.

vii.Can we book a videographer for our Arabian Travel Market stand?

Yes. Destination and hotel stands at ATM run busy meeting schedules, so our videographer films stand shots early and interviews between appointments. Cultural performances on your stand are best filmed with a second camera.
