Filming at the World Police Summit

Four things to plan before the summit.

Discretion matters at a police event. These are the points we agree with you before the summit.

i.
Agree what can be shown
We list together which products, screens and partners may appear. Anything sensitive stays out of shot.
ii.
Ask before filming officers
Uniformed officers and officials are only filmed with their agreement and within the organiser's rules.
iii.
Use demo data on screens
Command and analytics software is filmed from a demo environment, never live data.
iv.
Book now
The summit opens on 16 November. Send your dates and stand number as soon as you can.

FAQs

World Police Summit video FAQs.

i.When and where is the World Police Summit 2026?

The World Police Summit 2026 runs from 16 to 18 November 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre, hosted by Dubai Police.

ii.Can you film without showing officers' faces?

Yes. We only film officers and officials who agree, and frame wide shots so they are not recognisable where needed.

iii.Can you film our software without real data?

Yes. We record from a demo environment you approve and blur anything you flag before delivery.

iv.Can you film our live demonstration?

Yes. Share the time and location, and we film it from several angles.

v.How fast do we get the videos and photos?

Our editor edits on the spot during the summit, so short videos are ready to post the same day. Your full videos and event photos are delivered the next day.

vi.How much does World Police Summit video production cost?

It depends on the number of days, crew size and the videos you need. Send your stand details and we will quote a fixed price for the agreed scope.

vii.Can a videographer film our stand at the World Police Summit?

Yes, within the organiser's media rules. Policing and security exhibitors usually need discreet product footage and approved interviews, so one videographer with minimal kit is often the right fit.
