What it is

What is industrial video production?

Industrial video production is filming and editing video for companies whose work happens on sites, in plants and in warehouses rather than in offices. The videos show what the company can build, make or move, train people to work safely, and help win tenders and contracts.

It differs from a normal corporate shoot in one way that matters: the location sets the rules. Site access, safety gear, live operations and what may or may not be shown all have to be agreed before the crew arrives.

  • i.Shows capability to buyers and tender panels
  • ii.Trains workers the same way every time
  • iii.Explains processes and machines clearly
  • iv.Planned around your site rules

Video types

Match the video to the job it has to do.

Industrial companies usually need one of six formats. These lengths are starting points; we confirm the right fit when we review your brief.

Filming on site

What we agree before filming on an industrial site.

Most problems on industrial shoots come from things nobody settled in advance. We go through these with your site or HSE team when we plan the shoot, so filming fits around your operations instead of stopping them.

Your team stays in control of access, safety rules and what appears on camera.

  • i.Site access, passes and permits
  • ii.PPE and site induction for the crew
  • iii.Areas, screens and documents not to film
  • iv.Filming around live operations
  • v.Quiet spaces for interviews on noisy sites
  • vi.Shoot times that avoid the midday heat

Where it works

One shoot, used across the business.

Industrial shoots are often the hardest to arrange, so it pays to get several videos from one visit. We capture landscape and vertical shots on the same day and plan the cut-downs before filming.

  • i.

    Tenders and pre-qualification

A short film attached to a submission shows facilities, teams and past projects faster than a document.

  • ii.

    Website and sales

On your home page and in sales emails, where buyers decide whether to ask for a quote.

  • iii.

    Inductions and training

On a screen at the site office, on tablets or in your learning system. See training videos.

  • iv.

    Trade show stands

A silent, subtitled loop for your stand screen. See exhibition videography.

    LinkedIn

Short project and team clips that keep your company in front of consultants and clients.

  • vi.

    Recruitment

Real staff on real sites, for hiring skilled workers and engineers.

Industry trade shows

We also film at the region’s industrial shows.

Many industrial companies meet their buyers at trade shows in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. If you are exhibiting, we can film your stand, product demos and interviews at the show. See exhibition videography or go straight to a show.

Cost

What affects the cost of an industrial video.

Industrial projects are priced on what the shoot involves, not on running time. A two-minute film from one factory is a smaller job than a two-minute film covering three project sites across the Emirates.

Send your brief and we will quote a fixed price for the agreed scope before any work starts. For the full list of cost factors, see our video production cost guide.

  • i.Number of sites and how far apart
  • ii.Shoot days and access windows
  • iii.Interviews and on-camera speakers
  • iv.Animation for processes cameras cannot show

FAQs

Industrial video production FAQs.

i.What is an industrial video?

An industrial video is a film made for a company that works on sites, in plants or in warehouses, such as construction, manufacturing, energy or logistics. Common types are capability films for tenders, safety inductions, factory tours, process videos and project films.

ii.Can you film on a live construction site or factory floor?

Yes. We film at your office, site or factory. Access, safety gear, crew inductions and filming times are agreed with your site or HSE team in advance, so the shoot fits around your operations.

iii.Do you film outside Dubai?

Yes. We film across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, where many plants, warehouses and project sites are located.

iv.Can the video be used for tenders and pre-qualification?

Yes. Many industrial companies use a two to three minute capability film in tender submissions and supplier registrations. Tell us at the brief stage so we cover the facilities, certifications and projects buyers look for.

v.How do we keep confidential areas off camera?

We agree a list of areas, screens, documents and equipment not to film before the shoot, and you review every edit before anything is published.

vi.Can you make Arabic and English versions?

Yes. We can add Arabic subtitles or a second voice-over so one production works for both audiences. If your site teams need other languages, tell us at the brief stage so we plan for it.
