The number of filming visits matters most. A finished-space film shot in one day costs less than a full before, during and after project with a time-lapse.

i.When should we book a fit-out project video?
Before mobilisation, so the empty shell can be filmed. If the project has already started, we can still film works in progress and the finished space.
ii.How many filming visits does a fit-out film need?
Usually three to five: before, one or two during the works, and the finished space. A time-lapse can cover the time in between.
iii.Can we film a finished project we completed earlier?
Yes, if the client allows it. A finished-space film with an interview can still work well without before footage.
iv.Do we need our client’s permission?
Yes. Agree filming and publishing rights with your client before the shoot, including whether their brand can appear.
v.Can you make vertical videos for Instagram?
Yes. We capture landscape and vertical shots on the same day, so one project gives you a main film and social reels.
