How to plan conference videography in Dubai.
Most problems with conference video start before the first session. These four steps prevent them.

Share the run of show early
The programme tells us how many rooms run at once, when the key sessions are and where interviews can fit. It decides the crew size and the quote.

Plan audio with the AV company
The clearest speaker audio comes from a feed off the venue sound desk. We agree this with your AV supplier in advance and record backup audio on camera.

Confirm speaker consent and slides
Tell speakers they will be recorded, ideally in their speaker agreement, and collect slide files so they can be edited into session recordings.

Check lighting and camera positions
Stage lighting built for an audience can be too dark or too contrasty for camera. We review the room layout and agree camera positions that keep sightlines clear.

i.Can you record every session, including breakouts?
Yes. Sessions that run at the same time need a camera in each room, so we plan crew numbers from your programme and show them in the quote.
ii.How do you get clear speaker audio?
Where possible we take a feed from the venue sound desk, which captures every microphone on stage. We also record backup audio on camera in case of a fault.
iii.Can the speaker’s slides appear in the recording?
Yes. Share the final slide files and we edit them in alongside the speaker, so viewers can follow the presentation.
iv.Do speakers need to agree to being filmed?
It is good practice to inform speakers in advance and cover recording in your speaker agreement. If anyone opts out, tell us before the day and we will not record their session.
v.How much does conference videography in Dubai cost?
It depends on the number of days and rooms, the crew needed and the videos you want. Send your programme and we will quote a fixed price for the agreed scope.
