Filming at WGES

Four things to plan before WGES.

WGES is a government-hosted summit with senior delegations. These are the points we agree with you before the first session.

Book early
WGES 2027 dates are yet to be announced. Send your sessions and timings as soon as they are confirmed so we can hold a crew.

Confirm filming rights
The organiser may record main-stage sessions itself. We check with you what we can film, where we can stand and whether a stage audio feed is available.
iii.
Plan interview slots
Speakers move quickly between sessions. Book 15-minute interview slots around their talks and we set up close to the stage.
iv.
Register the crew
Our crew needs media or contractor badges, arranged through your sponsor or speaker contact before the summit.

i.When and where is the World Green Economy Summit 2027?

The organisers, the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy, DEWA and the World Green Economy Organization, have not yet announced the dates for WGES 2027. The 2026 edition ran from 21 to 22 October 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre.

ii.Is it too late to book a crew for WGES 2027?

Not if you get in touch today. Send your sessions and timings, and we confirm availability within one working day.

iii.Can you film our keynote or panel at WGES?

Yes, within the organiser's rules for the hall. We agree camera positions in advance and record stage audio where a feed is available.

iv.Can you film MoU signings and announcements?

Yes. Share the timing and we film from two angles, with edited clips ready the same day for press and social media.

v.How fast do we get the videos and photos?
