Breakbulk is about meetings more than demos. We plan filming around your diary.

Gather your project footage
Drone and site footage of past moves makes the strongest case films. Send what you have before the show.
ii.
Clear client names early
Many project clients are under NDA. Confirm which projects, names and logos you can show.
iii.
Book interview slots
Two days of back-to-back meetings leave little time. We fix short, set slots for each speaker.
iv.
Confirm in January
The show opens on 2 February. Send your hall, stand number and speaker list in January.

Breakbulk Middle East 2027 runs on 2 and 3 February 2027 at Dubai World Trade Centre, in Halls 5 to 8 and the Pavilion. Hours are 10:00 to 18:00 on day one and 10:00 to 17:00 on day two.

ii.We have nothing to demo. What can you film?

Interviews, project case films built from your own footage, client testimonials and your sessions on stage. Most logistics exhibitors need exactly these.

iii.Can you use our drone and project footage?

Yes. Send us the footage before the show and we edit it with the interviews we film on your stand.

iv.Can you film client testimonials at the show?

Yes. Clients visiting your stand can be filmed in a short, prepared interview, with their agreement. See our testimonial video production.

v.How fast do we get the videos and photos?

Our editor works on the spot at the show, so short clips are ready to post the same day. Your full videos and event photos are delivered the next day.

vi.How much does Breakbulk Middle East video production cost?

It depends on the days you need, the number of interviews and how many videos you want. Send your stand details and we will quote a fixed price.
