Filming at The Mining Show

Four things to plan before 16 November.

The Mining Show is only two days long. These points make sure we get everything in that time.

Send your site footage early
Drone and site footage of your equipment at work is what makes stand videos convincing. Share it before the show so we plan the edit around it.
ii.
Pick the parts to show close up
Choose the components that prove quality, such as liners, bits or screens. We light and film them on the stand before doors open.
iii.
Book session filming with the organiser
If you speak or sponsor a session, confirm filming rules for the conference stage. We work within them.
iv.
Plan around buyer meetings
Guest buyers and distributors book meetings in advance. Share your schedule so interviews fit between them.

iv.Can you film a whole country pavilion?

Yes. We can cover several exhibitors in one pavilion with a shared crew, giving each company its own short video.

v.How fast do we get the videos and photos?

Our editor works on the spot at the show, so short clips are ready to post the same day. Your full videos and event photos are delivered the next day.
