Filming at SGI Dubai

Four things to plan before SGI opens.

Print and display stands bring their own filming problems. We sort these out with you before 7 December.

i.
Share the machine run schedule
Tell us when each printer or cutter runs a job. We film the best runs before doors open, when the aisles are clear.
ii.
Pick the jobs to print
Choose files with strong colour and fine detail. They show print quality far better on camera than plain text or logos.
iii.
Test your LED wall with us
Give us ten minutes on the wall before the show. We check refresh rate and brightness so the screen looks right on video.
iv.
Book before your stand build
SGI opens on 7 December. Send your hall, stand number and machine list now, so we can plan angles around your layout.

FAQs

SGI Dubai video FAQs.

i.When and where is SGI Dubai 2026?

SGI MENA 2026, the show many people still call SGI Dubai, runs from 7 to 9 December 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre. It is organised by GL Exhibitions.

ii.Is SGI MENA the same show as SGI Dubai?

Yes. The Sign and Graphic Imaging show has run in Dubai for 29 years. The 2026 edition is branded SGI MENA, with sign, print, LED and digital display under one roof.

iii.Can you film LED screens without flicker or lines?

Yes. We match the camera shutter to the screen's refresh rate and test on your wall before the show opens, so the content looks clean on video.

iv.Can you capture clean sound from a running printer?

Yes. We record the machine's own sound separately and use lapel mics for your team, so the narration stays clear over the hall noise.

v.How fast do we get the videos and photos?

Our editor works on the spot at SGI, so short reels of your machines are ready to post the same day. Your full videos and event photos are delivered the next day.

vi.How much does SGI Dubai video production cost?

It depends on how many machines and days you need filmed and how many videos you want cut. Send your stand number and machine list and we will quote a fixed price.

vii.Can a videographer film our printers at SGI Dubai?

Yes. Wide-format printers, cutters and signage machines are shown printing and cutting, with detail shots of print quality and finished samples. One videographer can film several machines in a day if you share the demo times.
