Filming at World of Coffee Dubai

Four things to plan before 26 January.

A busy coffee stand is loud, steamy and crowded. These points help us get clean shots.

i.
Name your hero drinks
Pick three or four signature drinks and tell us when your barista will make them, so we film each one at its best.
ii.
Keep a clean bar corner
A tidy section of the bar with good light gives clean close-ups, away from cups, cables and price cards.
iii.
Plan around the noise
Grinders and steam wands are loud. We film interviews away from the bar, or in a quieter hour.
iv.
Book early in January
The show opens on 26 January, soon after the New Year. Send your hall, stand number and drinks list early in the month.

No. We use lapel mics, film interviews away from the bar and record the bar sounds separately for the edit.

Our editor works on the spot at the show, so reels are ready to post the same day. Your full videos and event photos are delivered the next day.
