Medical director sign-off
Any post that names the facility has to be approved by its medical director. We build that review into the edit schedule.

Banned words
Claims like “miraculous”, “magic”, “100 per cent” and “no side effects” are out, as are scare tactics and claims of being better than a named rival.

Patient consent
Written consent before a patient’s face, voice or story appears; a parent’s consent for anyone under 18.

Before and after
The same person, the same lens, no editing, and a note that results can vary.

Titles
“Dr” is limited to physicians, dentists and holders of a recognised PhD, and titles must match the DHA licence.
