Filming at AIME and MRO ME

Four things to plan before 2 February.

Aviation stands come with brand, safety and confidentiality rules. We agree these with you first.

i.
Check airline branding rights
Cabin mock-ups often carry an airline's livery. Confirm which logos may appear on camera before filming.
ii.
Mark confidential products
Products under NDA or not yet certified stay off camera. We mark them on your stand plan.
iii.
Film the mock-up early
Mock-ups fill up fast. We film walkthroughs before doors open or in the last hour of the day.
iv.
Plan around buyer meetings
The show runs only two days. Send your hall, stand number and meeting times in January, so we film between them.

AIME and MRO Middle East video FAQs.

i.When and where is AIME 2027?

Aircraft Interiors Middle East 2027 runs on 2 and 3 February 2027 at Dubai World Trade Centre, alongside MRO Middle East. It is organised by Aviation Week Network.

ii.Are AIME and MRO Middle East the same event?

They are two shows on one floor. AIME covers cabin interiors, and MRO Middle East covers maintenance, repair and overhaul.

iii.Can you film inside our cabin mock-up?

Yes. We use compact cameras and gimbals suited to tight cabins, and film when the mock-up is empty.

iv.Can airline logos appear in our videos?

Only with the airline's permission. If you are unsure, we frame shots to avoid the livery or blur it in the edit.

v.How fast do we get the videos and photos?

Our editor works on the spot at the show, so short clips are ready the same day. Your full videos and event photos are delivered the next day.

vi.How much does AIME video production cost?

It depends on the days you need, the products we film and how many videos you want. Send your stand details and we will quote a fixed price.

vii.Do you provide an AIME or MRO Middle East videographer for exhibitors?

Yes. Cabin interiors and MRO services are filmed with close-ups of materials and an engineer explaining capability. AIME and MRO Middle East share the venue, so the same videographer can move between the two.
