What we film

Most art fair videos film the crowd. Collectors want to see the work.

Someone deciding on a canvas from a phone screen needs three things: texture, scale and the artist’s voice. We film all three and keep the busy aisle in the background.

Filming at World Art Dubai

Four things to plan before 19 November.

Art fairs come with their own questions about image rights and about filming other people’s work. Settle these first.

i.
Clear rights for every work on camera
If your booth shows several artists, check that each one is happy for their work to appear in your videos and paid ads.
ii.
Keep other booths out of frame
Neighbouring work belongs to other artists. We frame shots so their pieces stay out of your edits.
iii.
Use the quiet hours
The fair opens at 1pm. If the organiser allows early access, the morning is the best time for clean artwork shots with no visitors in the way.
iv.
Have size, medium and price ready
Buyers ask the same questions every time. A short list for each work lets us add captions and saves you answering them in the comments.

i.When and where is World Art Dubai 2026?

World Art Dubai 2026 runs from 19 to 22 November 2026, 1pm to 9pm daily. The latest listings place it in Za’abeel Halls 2 and 3 at Dubai World Trade Centre, although earlier announcements named Dubai Exhibition Centre, so confirm your hall with the organiser.

ii.Can you film paintings and prints without glare?

Yes. We use polarising filters and position the camera and lights so varnish and glass do not reflect the hall lights.

iii.I am a solo artist. Is one videographer enough?

Yes. A half day is usually enough for a booth walkthrough, a few artwork films and a short interview. We can also come back for a live painting session.

iv.Can you make a separate video for each artist in our gallery booth?

Yes. We film each artist and their works in turn, then deliver one short video per artist so you can share them individually.

v.Can you film our live painting or workshop?

Yes, within the organiser’s rules. We set up a fixed camera for a time-lapse and a second camera for close-ups, then cut a short edit.

vi.How fast do we get the videos and photos?

Clips are edited at the fair itself, so a booth reel can go up while collectors are still visiting. Full videos and photos come the next day.

vii.How much does World Art Dubai video production cost?

It depends on the time on site, the number of artists and the videos you need. Send your booth number and artist list and we will come back with a fixed price.
