Shows per month on this calendar.
November and January are packed, with several shows running in the same week. Busy weeks mean crowded halls, higher hotel prices and crews that book out early. Later months fill up as organisers confirm their dates. For visitor and exhibitor numbers, see our UAE exhibition statistics.

The UAE’s main exhibition venues.
Most shows on this calendar run at four venues. Check which one before you book hotels, since Expo City, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi can be a long drive from central Dubai.

Dubai World Trade Centre
Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. Next to World Trade Centre metro station on the Red Line. Hosts most of Dubai’s trade shows. Gulfood and WHX Dubai use both DWTC and Expo City, so they count at both venues.

Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City
Expo City Dubai, near Al Maktoum International Airport. Expo 2020 metro station on the Red Line. The new home of GITEX Global and Automechanika.

ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi’s main exhibition venue, home to ADIPEC, IDEX and the World Future Energy Summit. The count includes the Boat Show at ADNEC Marina. See our exhibition video production in Abu Dhabi.

Expo Centre Sharjah

When a show ends, it moves to its next edition as soon as the organiser announces dates.

UAE exhibition calendar FAQs.
i.What are the biggest exhibitions in Dubai in 2027?
Among the largest are WHX Dubai (25–28 January), Gulfood (15–19 March), Arabian Travel Market (3–6 May) and the Dubai Airshow (15–19 November). Before that, GITEX Global runs from 8 to 11 December 2026 at Dubai Exhibition Centre.
ii.When is exhibition season in Dubai?
The busy season runs from October to June, when the weather is cooler. November, January and May are the busiest months on this calendar. Few trade shows run in July and August.
iii.Which venues host trade shows in the UAE?
Most Dubai shows run at Dubai World Trade Centre or Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City. In Abu Dhabi, the main venue is ADNEC Centre, and in Sharjah it is Expo Centre Sharjah. Some shows use special sites, such as Dubai Harbour for the Boat Show and the Dubai Airshow site at DWC.
iv.When is Gulfood 2027?
Gulfood 2027 runs from 15 to 19 March 2027, later than its usual January dates, across Dubai World Trade Centre and Expo City.
v.How often is this calendar updated?
We check every show against its organiser’s website or the venue’s official calendar, and review upcoming dates every week. When a show ends, we move it to its next edition once dates are announced.
vi.How early should exhibitors book a video crew?
Book four to eight weeks before the show, and earlier for January and November, when many shows run at once. If you plan to fly your own crew in, see our guide to filming at Dubai exhibitions. Crews for the largest shows are often booked out first.
