Filming at a boat show
Four things to plan before ADIBS.
Filming on the water is different from filming a stand in a hall. These are the points we agree with you before the show.

Film boats before visitors board
Once the show opens, cabins fill with visitors. We schedule walkthroughs for the first hour of the day, or on build-up day if the organiser allows access.

Plan for sun and reflections
Water, white hulls and polished steel reflect strong light. We use filters and time exterior shots for early morning or late afternoon.

Confirm boarding permissions
If boats on your berth belong to owners or other brands, agree in advance who can be filmed and which interiors can be shown.

Allow for travel from Dubai
ADNEC is about 90 minutes from Dubai by road. We schedule the crew to be set up at the marina before doors open.

i.When and where is the Abu Dhabi International Boat Show 2026?
The Abu Dhabi International Boat Show 2026 runs from 19 to 22 November 2026 at Marina Hall, ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, with boats displayed both indoors and in the water.
ii.Can we hire a yacht videographer for the Abu Dhabi Boat Show?
Yes. One videographer can film walkthroughs of one or two boats and a few interviews in a day. For several yachts, aerial shots or same-day reels, we add a second camera and our on-site editor.
iii.Can you film inside the yachts?
Yes, with the owner's or builder's permission. We film interiors on a gimbal with wide lenses, ideally before visitors start boarding.
iv.Can you film drone footage at the marina?
Only where the venue and the UAE authorities give permission. Tell us early and we will check what is allowed for your berth and apply for approval where possible.
v.Can we post videos while the boat show is still running?
Yes. Our editor edits on the spot during the show, so short videos are ready to post the same day. Your full videos and event photos are delivered the next day.
vi.How much does boat show video production cost?
It depends on the number of days, boats and crew, and the videos you need. Send your stand or berth details and we will quote a fixed price for the agreed scope.
