Filming at ADNEC
Four things to plan before IAAPA.
A first edition means new rules and new logistics. These are the points we agree with you before the expo.

Read the filming and IP rules
IAAPA has an intellectual property policy for its expos. We film your booth, products and team, and avoid other exhibitors' products unless they agree.

Read the exhibitor manual
Build-up times, crew passes and access rules for a first edition may change as the show approaches. Share the manual with us early so we plan to it.

Allow for travel from Dubai
ADNEC is about 90 minutes from Dubai by road. We schedule the crew to be set up before doors open each day.

Share your booth programme
Demos, signings and VIP visits happen at fixed times. Send the schedule and we place the crew where the key moments are.

i.When and where is IAAPA Expo Middle East 2027?
IAAPA Expo Middle East runs from 12 to 15 April 2027 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. It is the first IAAPA Expo held in the Middle East, moved from its original 2026 dates.
ii.Can we hire one videographer for our IAAPA booth?
Yes. For a small booth, one videographer can film your demos and two or three interviews in a day. Large booths with working rides, launches or speaker sessions usually need a second camera and our on-site editor.
iii.Are you based in Abu Dhabi?
We are based in Dubai and film regularly at ADNEC. Travel to Abu Dhabi is planned into every quote, and the crew arrives before doors open.
iv.How early should we book a crew for IAAPA?
As soon as your booth is confirmed. April is a busy month for events in the UAE, and a first edition draws strong demand. Send your dates and we confirm availability within one working day.
v.Can we post videos while the expo is still running?
Yes. Our editor edits on the spot during the expo, so short videos are ready to post the same day. Your full videos and event photos are delivered the next day.
vi.How much does IAAPA video production cost?
