At SteelFab, buyers want to see a cut, a weld or a bend happen. We film live demos clearly and safely, with the sound and sparks that sell the machine.

Laser, plasma and waterjet cutting filmed with exposure set for the arc, so the cut path and edge quality stay visible.

Filming at SteelFab

Four things to plan before 11 January.

Live machine demos need more planning than a static stand. Sort these out before the show opens.

i.
Schedule your demo times
Share when each machine runs, so we film every demo at its best, ideally before the halls fill up.
ii.
Prepare clean sample parts
Have finished parts ready for close-ups. Cut edges, welds and finishes are what buyers zoom in on.
iii.
Agree safety on the stand
Sparks, fumes and moving parts mean protective kit and safe camera positions. We agree these with your team and follow the organiser's rules.
iv.
Plan around awards and buyer meetings
If you enter the SteelFab Welding Awards or host buyers, share the schedule so filming fits around them.

i.When and where is SteelFab 2027?

SteelFab 2027, the show's 22nd edition, runs from 11 to 14 January 2027 at Expo Centre Sharjah. It is organised by Expo Centre Sharjah, the exhibition arm of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

ii.Can you film live cutting and welding safely?

Yes. We agree camera positions and protective kit with your team, use filters for welding arcs and keep a safe distance from sparks and moving parts.

iii.What does SteelFab cover?

Pipe and tube machinery, welding and cutting, machine tools, and surface preparation and finishing, with exhibitors from countries including Germany, Italy, Türkiye, China, Taiwan and India.

iv.Can you film several machines on one stand?

Yes. We plan a shot list for each machine and film every demo when it runs, so each product gets its own short video.

v.How fast do we get the videos and photos?

Short demo clips are edited at the show and ready to post the same day. Full videos and event photos follow the next day.

vi.How much does SteelFab video production cost?

It depends on the number of machines, demo videos and days of filming. Send your stand number and machine list and we will quote a fixed price.

vii.Can a videographer film our machines at SteelFab Sharjah?

Yes. At Expo Centre Sharjah, our videographer films cutting, bending and welding demos safely from the side, with close-ups of the finished part. Share your demo times and one person can cover several demos in a day.
