Who books us

Booked by the people running the event.

It’s usually someone in HR, internal comms, marketing or the events team: the person who needs good footage of the day and has twenty other things to sort out that week. This page is for you. It covers what to book, what to send us and what you’ll get back.

Events we film

Corporate event videography for every kind of company event.

  • i.

    Town halls and leadership meetings

The CEO’s update recorded cleanly for staff who couldn’t be in the room, plus a short version for the intranet.

    Internal comms
  • ii.

    Awards nights and galas

Every winner on stage and the table that cheers the loudest. More on our gala and awards videography page.

    Recognition
  • iii.

    Conferences and summits

Keynotes, panels and speaker interviews. For multi-stage events, see conference videography.

    Thought leadership
  • iv.

    Team days and offsites

Workshops, team building and the dinner afterwards, filmed for recruitment posts and your careers page.

    Employer brand
  • v.

    Client and partner events

Dealer meets, broker evenings and customer receptions, with short interviews your sales team can send on.

    Sales
  • vi.

    Launches and openings

New products, new offices and ribbon cuttings. For a stage reveal, see product launch video.

One videographer or a crew

How many people should you book?

One videographer handles a talk, a town hall or a small reception well. The moment you want the stage and the audience at once, interviews while the programme is running, or clips going out before the event ends, one person is no longer enough. That’s when a second operator or an editor on site earns their place.

Send us the run of show and a list of what you plan to publish afterwards. We size the crew to that rather than to a fixed package.

  • i.One videographer: talks, town halls, small receptions
  • ii.Two operators: awards nights, galas, launches
  • iii.Add an editor: clips posted during the event
  • iv.A larger crew: summits with several stages

Before the day

What to send your event videographer.

A videographer who has never met your team can only film what they know about. These six things close the gap.

  • i.

    The run of show

Times for each speech, award and toast, so the camera is already in position before the moment arrives.

  • ii.

Faces that must be on camera

The CEO, the guest of honour, the winners. Send photos, because an outside crew can’t pick your chairman out of a crowd of 300.

  • iii.

    Your AV supplier’s details

Speeches sound best when we record a feed from the sound system instead of relying on the camera. A short call with your AV team before the day arranges it.

  • iv.

Where the videos will end up

LinkedIn, the intranet, a client email or next year’s invitation. Each one changes the shape and length of the edit.

  • v.

    Anything that’s off limits

Rooms we shouldn’t enter, guests who prefer not to appear, slides that can’t be shown outside the company.

  • vi.

    A single approver

One named person who reviews the first cut. Edits with one set of comments come back faster than edits passed around a department.

What you get back

Edited cuts for each place you’ll post.

You get finished videos, not a hard drive of raw footage. With On-the-Spot Editing, a short clip can go out while the event is still on. The highlight film, interviews and full recordings follow once you’ve approved the first cut.

  • i.A short highlight film of the event
  • ii.Vertical clips for LinkedIn and Instagram
  • iii.Interviews with speakers and guests
  • iv.Full recordings of the key talks

FAQs

Corporate event videographer FAQs.

i.How much does a corporate event videographer cost in Dubai?

The price is set by time on site, the size of the crew, on-site editing and how many finished videos you need. Send the date and run of show and we’ll quote.

ii.Can one videographer film our whole event?

For a short programme in one room, yes. If you want the stage and the audience at the same time, interviews during the event or clips posted on the day, book a second operator or an editor.

iii. Will the videographer be discreet around our guests?

Yes. They work around the programme, stay away from tables during speeches unless you want reactions, and leave out anyone who asks not to be filmed.

iv.Can we post a clip during the event?

Yes, with an editor on site using our On-the-Spot Editing. Name one person who can approve it quickly.

v.Do you film corporate events outside Dubai?

Yes, across the UAE. See our pages for Abu Dhabi and Sharjah events.

vi.Can you take photos as well?

Yes. Video and photography can be booked together for the same event.
